NabzClan Membership Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms​

By joining, accessing, or using NabzClan (“Community”), whether as a free user or paid subscriber, you agree to all terms in this Agreement, all linked policies below, and all policies of any NabzClan project you access, including AI tools, the App Store, and future projects.

Deleting your account ends your membership going forward but does not release you from obligations or liabilities incurred while your account was active.

2. Membership & Access​

• Membership may be free or subscription-based.
• Membership is personal, non-transferable, and revocable at any time.
• NabzClan may suspend, limit, or terminate your membership at its sole discretion, with or without cause.
• No obligations: NabzClan owes you nothing — no guarantees of access, uptime, updates, support, or refunds.

3. Content & Projects​

• All content, apps, and projects are provided “as-is” with no warranty.
• NabzClan makes no promise that content is accurate, safe, legal, reliable, or available.
• You are fully responsible for your use of anything from NabzClan.
• By joining, you agree to all policies of any NabzClan project you access.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties​

All NabzClan content, apps, tools, and services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NabzClan and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages of any kind.
• Paid members: liability capped at $20.
• Free members: liability $0.
• Applies to all claims: contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, etc.

6. User Conduct​

By joining, you agree to:

• Not misuse, copy, redistribute, or resell NabzClan content.
• Not hold NabzClan responsible for how you use apps, tools, or content.

7. Binding Arbitration Agreement​

• All disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration under New York law.
• Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions applies.
• Arbitration costs capped at $20.
• Small claims under [$20] may be filed in small claims court.
• Deleting your account does not remove arbitration obligations for past actions.

8. Termination / Account Deletion​

• NabzClan may revoke membership at any time.

9. Changes to Terms​

NabzClan may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept updates.

10. Final Agreement​

This Agreement, along with all linked policies and the terms of any NabzClan project, is the entire understanding between you and NabzClan. By joining, you waive any other rights or claims not explicitly stated here.
