Okara Staff Terms of Service (NabzClan)​

1. Overview​

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Okara platform (https://okara.nabzclan.vip) by authorized NabzClan or allowed nezushub staff members (“Staff,” “you,” or “your”).
By logging into Okara, you acknowledge and agree to comply fully with these Terms and all NabzClan staff and community policies.

Access to Okara is a privilege granted to NabzClan staff for internal and operational use only. Unauthorized access, sharing, or misuse of internal content may result in immediate suspension or termination from the NabzClan staff team.

2. Volunteer Status and No Compensation​

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Your position within NabzClan, and any work performed within the Okara platform or any related services, is on a voluntary basis.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or agent of NabzClan or Nezushub, and therefore will not receive any wages, financial compensation, or benefits for your participation.
• You understand that your contribution is voluntary, and you are assisting in the project out of your own interest and commitment to the community.
• NabzClan and Nezushub are under no obligation to provide payment, rewards, or future employment based on your involvement.

3. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure​

By accessing Okara, you agree that all information, communications, documents, and data within the platform are strictly confidential. You must not:

• Capture, record, or share screenshots, videos, or other visual representations of Okara’s content.
• Discuss, disclose, or share any internal information from Okara or related NabzClan operations with non-staff individuals or external parties.
• Reproduce or distribute internal conversations, logs, files, or media without explicit authorization from NabzClan management.

Violation of this section will be treated as a serious breach of confidentiality and may lead to disciplinary action, suspension, or permanent termination from the NabzClan staff team.

4. Conduct and Professionalism​

While using Okara, all staff members must:

• Uphold professionalism and respect toward all team members.
• Use the platform solely for official NabzClan purposes.
• Avoid any conduct that may compromise the integrity, security, or confidentiality of Okara or NabzClan.

5. Acceptance of NabzClan Policies​

By logging into Okara, you automatically agree to comply with:

• All NabzClan Policies: https://nabzclan.vip/forums/rules-and-guidelines.3/

These policies are considered extensions of this agreement and carry equal enforceability.

6. Enforcement and Disciplinary Action​

Any breach of these Terms or related NabzClan policies may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Temporary or permanent suspension from the NabzClan staff team.
• Revocation of access to Okara or other NabzClan systems.
• Formal termination of staff position and potential ban from NabzClan projects.

7. Acknowledgment​

By logging into the Okara platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. You further acknowledge that continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing agreement to the latest version of these Terms and all applicable NabzClan policies.
