Thank you for choosing NabzClan. This No Refund Policy governs all subscriptions, digital services, and payments made to NabzClan. By accessing, purchasing, or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms in full.

1. Strict No Refund Policy

All payments made to NabzClan are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
  • Subscription fees
  • Digital items
  • Upgrades, add-ons, boosts, credits
  • Renewal fees
  • Partial-term payments

Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Automatic Subscription Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling before renewal.
  • Canceling will stop future charges, but does not entitle you to a refund for time remaining in the current cycle.


3. No Refunds for Bans, Suspensions, or Rule Violations


NabzClan enforces strict rules for community safety and platform integrity.

If you are banned, muted, suspended, or otherwise restricted for violating rules, terms, or guidelines:
  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Enforcement actions are final and at NabzClan’s sole discretion.
  • “I didn’t know the rules” is not a valid defense.

Your account. Your responsibility.

4. Account Responsibility & Non-Transferability

To prevent shared abuse:
  • Subscriptions and accounts are non-transferable.
  • You are fully responsible for all activity on your account.
  • “Someone else used my account” is not grounds for a refund or unban.

5. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Attempting to bypass this policy through your bank or payment provider is considered fraudulent behavior.

By subscribing, you agree that:
  • All chargebacks filed against legitimate payments are invalid.
  • Filing a false or unwarranted chargeback results in:
    • Immediate permanent ban
    • Full revocation of service access
    • Reporting of evidence to the payment processor
    • Recovery of chargeback fees or administrative costs

NabzClan reserves the right to provide banks with:
  • Proof of purchase
  • Usage logs
  • Digital delivery evidence
  • Terms acceptance records

This protects us from fraudulent disputes.

6. Digital Goods & Service Delivery Confirmation

NabzClan provides digital services and intangible goods.

Once you have accessed, received, or used the service, it is considered delivered.

Digital goods are legally classified as non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

7. Service Availability & Downtime Disclaimer

Our services may occasionally experience:
  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Outages
  • Performance delays
  • Security-related disruptions

These occurrences:

  • Do not qualify for refunds
  • May happen without notice
  • Are normal for online platforms

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.


8. Platform Changes, Modifications, or Termination

NabzClan may modify, adjust, suspend, or discontinue services at any time as needed.

No refunds will be granted for:
  • Feature changes
  • Content removal
  • Service adjustments
  • Platform restructuring
  • Partial or full service termination

9. Fraud, Abuse, and Exploitation Protection

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse NabzClan services results in:
  • Immediate account termination
  • Loss of access to all purchased services
  • No refund under any circumstance

NabzClan reserves the right to investigate suspicious behavior.

10. Age Requirements & Parental Consent

Users must be 18 years or older, or have full parental/guardian consent.

All purchases made by minors are considered authorized by the cardholder.

“No parental permission” does not qualify for a refund.

11. Billing Errors

If you believe a billing error occurred:
  • You must contact support within 30 days of the charge.
  • Verified errors will be corrected.
  • Unverified claims will not result in refunds.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing, you confirm that:
  • You have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
  • You accept full responsibility for managing your subscription.
  • You waive all rights to refunds, reversals, or chargebacks except where prohibited by law.
