Nabz Clan Rules
1. Prohibited Content
To maintain a respectful and inclusive community, the following content is strictly prohibited:- Hateful Conduct: Promoting discrimination, harassment, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, medical condition, or physical characteristics. Zero-tolerance — accounts involved may be indefinitely suspended.
- Harassment: Intimidating, degrading, bullying, or creating a hostile environment. Severity may result in immediate suspension.
- Unauthorized Sharing of Private Information: Sharing personal details (real names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, etc.) without permission is prohibited.
- Fraud or Blackhat Activity: Discussions promoting scams, exploits, or illegal activity are forbidden.
- Malware/Spyware/Adware: Any content that harms devices or users is prohibited.
- Public Defamation: Accusing others of wrongdoing publicly is prohibited. Report concerns via the system or message staff. False or damaging statements will result in permanent suspension.
- Spamming & Low-Effort Content:
- Posting low-value, repetitive content to boost post count or unlock hidden content is prohibited.
- Topics with low-effort titles or content will be removed.
- Advertising: Promoting unrelated websites, forums, or services is prohibited, except for one or two approved platforms (e.g., YouTube or Google). This also applies to private messages and apps/tweaks.
2. Account Rules
- Single Account: Each user may have only one account. Multiple accounts may be merged, deleted, or banned.
- Selling/Sharing Accounts: Strictly prohibited. Violating accounts will be banned.
- Phishing, Hacking, or IP Logging: Forbidden. Violations result in permanent ban.
- Impersonation: Pretending to be another member or staff is prohibited.
- Email Use: Using fake emails for registration or account changes is prohibited.
- Donations: PayPal or other donation links in signatures are not allowed unless explicitly permitted by staff.
3. General Community Rules
- Selling Items or Services: Physical or virtual sales, including modding others’ accounts for profit, are prohibited.
- Content Sharing: Do not share content from NabzClan elsewhere without credit and permission.
- Thread Management:
- Avoid bumping threads without staff permission.
- Always search before posting questions.
- ViP Content: Asking others to share ViP content is prohibited.
- Monetization: Only one ad link per shared link is allowed.
- Tweaks & Mods:
- Content downloaded is for personal use only; profiting from it is prohibited.
- Tweaks cannot include ads beyond the stated features or be linked via a repo to force installation.
- Status Updates & Likes:
- Spam, irrelevant updates, or external links to non-approved sites may be removed.
- Like begging or using multiple accounts to boost counts is prohibited.
- Cheating ViP System: Any attempt to cheat ViP privileges results in a permanent ban.
4. Miscellaneous
- NabzClan may update these rules at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes may not be individually communicated.
- Continued use of the community constitutes acceptance of updated rules.
- Violations: Depending on severity, users may receive warnings or permanent bans. Three warnings result in a permanent ban.
- Questions or uncertainties should be directed to an Administrator.
