I’ve been working on a fully encrypted AI architecture designed with privacy as a first principle, not an afterthought. When a user interacts with a model from a third-party provider such as Claude, the provider has zero visibility into the user’s data. That includes names, passwords, addresses, SSNs, conversations, and any other sensitive or personally identifiable information. None of it is accessible, stored, or observed by the provider, all without compromising model performance or intelligence.
The system is flexible by design. It can run entirely locally for maximum isolation, or it can leverage our specialized high-speed AI model to extend capabilities while keeping latency low and security intact. In both cases, encryption and data minimization are enforced end to end.
This privacy layer will be implemented across all of our AI projects for users who want absolute assurance that no personal information about them is ever stored, logged, or reused. Think of it as an additional boundary, one that ensures the interaction is truly private. Just you and the AI, nothing else in the room, no silent observers, no lingering records.
Why do this?
- Because we believe privacy is not a feature, it’s a right
- Because trust is built when systems are designed to know less, not more.
- Because AI should empower people without extracting value from their identity.
- At its core, this approach reflects what we stand for: technology that is powerful, respectful, and private by default.
