To maintain a safe, fair, and respectful environment, NabzClan enforces a structured violation and moderation system. This document outlines how we handle infractions, warnings, bans, and user appeals.

Violation Levels​

Violations are handled according to severity:

Level	Type of Offense	Example Violations	Action Taken
1	Minor Violations	Spam, low-effort content, off-topic posts, like begging	1 Warning
2	Medium Violations	Harassment, NSFW posts, impersonation, leaking content	1 Warning or Temporary Ban
3	Major Violations	Hate speech, fraud, malware, exploits, doxxing	Immediate Permanent Ban

Warning System​

• 1st Warning: Notification and explanation of the violated rule.
• 2nd Warning: Final warning. Account flagged for further review.
• 3rd Warning: Permanent ban from NabzClan.

Warnings do not automatically expire and are evaluated by staff as part of your account’s behavioral history.

Zero-Tolerance Offenses​

The following violations result in instant permanent bans, without prior warning:

• Hate speech, threats, or discrimination
• Malware, phishing, or spyware distribution
• Scamming, fraud, or chargeback abuse
• Exploiting bugs, hacks, or backend systems
• Posting or sharing private user data
• Creating alt accounts to bypass suspensions

Dispute Abuse / Chargebacks​

Disputing payments or initiating chargebacks without contacting support first is taken very seriously.

• First-time dispute/chargeback: 3-month suspension from NabzClan.
• Repeat offenses may lead to a permanent ban and blacklist from all services.

Temporary Bans​

Some violations may result in a temporary ban ranging from 1 to 30 days, depending on severity and prior history. These serve as final warnings for borderline violations.

Ban Evasion​

Creating or using alternate accounts to get around a ban will result in all related accounts being permanently banned.

Appeals​

If you believe a warning or ban was issued in error, you may appeal it:

Please note:

• Not all bans are reversible.
• Spamming appeals or using alt accounts will automatically void your eligibility.

Account Responsibility​

You are responsible for all activity tied to your account. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account violates our Terms of Service and may result in termination.
