However, by uploading content to NabzClan, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, modify, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

We are not responsible for content posted by users. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of user content.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove, review, or modify content that violates our policies.

• Suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms or our Community Rules.

• NabzClan offers paid subscriptions and ViP features.
• All payments are handled securely by third-party providers such as PayPal or Stripe.
• We do not store full payment details.
• Our No Refund Policy applies to all purchases, except in cases of verified system errors or double charges.

All site content (excluding user-generated content) including logos, layout, graphics, code, and trademarks is the property of NabzClan or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission.
