Welcome to NabzClan ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, content, community features, and all NabzClan projects (collectively, the "Service"). If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

1. Membership Eligibility​

By using NabzClan, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws, these Terms, and all NabzClan policies, including the Membership Agreement.

2. Private Community​

NabzClan is a fully private community. Only verified members may access content, tools, and projects. Membership is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked at any time.

3. User Responsibilities​

You are fully responsible for:

• Any content you upload, post, or share.
• Your account security and activity.
• Compliance with all community rules, policies, and applicable laws.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Conduct​

You may not:

• Post or promote hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content.
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or fraud.
• Share malware, spyware, or malicious code.
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Impersonate other users, moderators, or staff.
• Circumvent or manipulate subscription or ViP systems.
• Attempt to access or tamper with another user's account or data.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

5. User Content & Licenses​

• You retain ownership of content you post.
• By posting, you grant NabzClan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, modify, and distribute your content to operate and improve the Service.
• NabzClan is not responsible for content posted by users and does not endorse or guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality.
• NabzClan may remove, review, or modify content that violates our policies at its discretion.

6. Account Deletion​

• You may delete your account at any time: https://nabzclan.vip/threads/delete-account.21/
• Deleting your account ends access going forward but does not release you from obligations or liabilities incurred while your account was active, including violations, arbitration obligations, and project-specific policies.

7. Paid Subscriptions & Payments​

• NabzClan offers paid subscriptions and ViP features.
• All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe).
• We do not store full payment details.
• No Refund Policy will be linked and enforced separately.

8. Liability, No Warranty & Arbitration​

• NabzClan is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. Use is at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for downtime, bugs, system errors, data loss, or any damages resulting from the Service or user-posted content.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • Paid users: liability capped at $50
  • Free users: liability $0
  • Applies to all claims, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, etc.
• Any dispute arising from your membership or use of the Service is subject to binding arbitration under New York law.
  • Waiver of jury trial and class actions applies.
  • Small claims under $50 may be filed in small claims court.
  • Deleting your account does not remove arbitration obligations for past actions.

9. Compliance With All Project Policies​

By using NabzClan, you agree to all terms, rules, and policies of any NabzClan project, including AI tools, the App Store, and any future projects.

10. Intellectual Property & DMCA​

• All site content (excluding user content) — logos, graphics, code, layout, trademarks — is owned by NabzClan or its licensors.
• You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit intellectual property without written permission.

• NabzClan will respond within 30 days and may remove infringing content upon valid request.

11. Updates to Terms​

NabzClan may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts or binding arbitration as stated above.
