Important NabzClan Update – Payment Systems & Refunds​

Great news, everyone!
We’ve successfully regained full access to our Stripe account and are moving forward with a more reliable and secure payment system.

Here’s what’s changing and what you need to know:

Payment System Update​

We are canceling all PayPal-held funds and have decided to fully discontinue PayPal due to ongoing issues with fund holds.
From now on, all NabzClan subscriptions will be managed exclusively through Stripe, integrated directly at:
https://subscriptions.nabzclan.vip/

Additionally, we’ve deleted all previous subscriptions from the older version of NabzClan to ensure a clean start for everyone.

Refund Information​

All users who made payments via PayPal have now been fully refunded.

For users who were charged through Stripe while marked as monthly subscribers, we are now processing full refunds as well.

If this applies to you, please:

1. Visit our Helpdesk: https://helpdesk.nabzclan.vip/
2. Open a support ticket requesting a refund.

Refund Request Deadline:
You can submit your request starting today, and we’ll be accepting them until October 28, 2025.

After that date, refund requests for this specific issue will no longer be accepted.
